Solved several bugs and improved the application.
Spent to much time again to improve the out and inside of NextGen.

The most important changes,
- Added function 5 to 8 to the basic layout, note: no sound mapping to these functions!
- Improved the brake sound
- When decoder mode is enabled, all functions F0 - F28 are send to the control centre
- An important bug in sharing registers is solved
- And some GUI things
- Also clicking on the loco image will show the sound file description if present
The application has now reached the level of what I had in mind from the first code.
I spend a lot of time in exploring the ESU sound engine and there are still some open ends to investigate.
Beside those little things the application is workable and i noticed that there are a lot of satisfied users.
Don't forget that one can also create new or change exsisting sound files by using LokProgrammer and than use the files in NextGen!
