Hallo zusammen,

One of my favorite dampflok; the Kreigslok Br52 mit steifrahmentender.
The Trumpeter kit is 1:35 scale.

Br52's was also used extensively troughout Turkey as 56500 series of loco's

Infact the only operable dampflok today is 56548 seen in Haydarpasha station:



It took me 4 months to make the kit.

I started of with the chasis



..then on to the loco body



The cab interior



some progress after 1 month





with crew that I found in Dortmund Intermodellbau





....and finally 56548:





















Cab interior is lit by LED's



..With little brother Gützold Br52

It's a pity that all class 43 locos were left in the Soviet occupation zone after the war (no class 43 with Deutsche Bundesbahn).

Or are you talking about class 043/044? Both were formerly known as class 44 ...

Der Erkut ist auch son absoluter Spitzenkönner des Mobellbahn-Hobbies!!!

Wenn ich mir vorstelle, was rauskommen würde, wenn sich hier einige Forenmitglieder zusammentäten und ne Schauanlage bauen würden, denke da noch an Herrn Bauernfeind, Dr. House, den Baumspezialisten grove den und noch etliche andere aus der Ruhmeshalle...
